Leadership CoachingLeadership coaching is a one-on-one program to develop strategic leadership skills and support creation and implementation of vision and strategy. It is a completely customized, personalized developmental experience for managers and executives who want to expand their leadership capabilities. Our coaching work focuses on developing skills and capacities in visionary & strategic thinking, communication, personal awareness, and execution. Personal VisioningAll of the underlying principles and processes of team visioning and planning can apply equally well on a personal level. In fact, for an organization or team to be powerful, its vision must connect to the personal visions of its stakeholders. Personal Visioning supports you in exploring your situation, issues, strengths, and challenges, and helps you find your way to a clear direction for yourself or your part of the organization. The process takes place over several coaching sessions with homework in between. 360° Feedback AssessmentsFeedback assessments can help you develop personal awareness of your strengths, weaknesses, and habits based on how your peers, subordinates, and superiors see you. This knowledge can then help you develop your leadership capacities to make a bigger and more positive impact on your organization. These assessments can be used with a single individual for self-knowledge or can be part of a program to develop a team of leaders. All assessments include coaching sessions to help participants understand the feedback results and create plans to develop in the areas most needed. Personality & Style AssessmentsThis type of assessment can be a powerful tool for growth by providing a model for understanding personal styles and behaviors and assessing where you fit in the model. These models help us understand why we do what we do and how we can grow to become more effective. They also help us understand how others are different from us and how we can work better with them. Strategic Leadership DevelopmentThis is a program designed to help you reach your goals for becoming a more effective strategic leader. These goals may result from assessments, feedback, review processes, or your own desires. We help you reach your goals through a variety of coaching techniques including reflection, inquiry, modeling, self-observation exercises, practices, commitments, and accountability. On-site observation and support ("shadowing") can be included as well. Change ManagementSometimes what is needed is one-on-one support for making a vision or strategy become a reality. This form of coaching focuses on regular planning of objectives, resources, stages, and tasks with regular checkpoints for accountability.
